VA/RESEARCH SLAVES

Spend 1-2 hours daily and use the tools I show you to research products and competition for my e-commerce stores (I will give you directions). Compile spreadsheets with all of the info I request.

DESIGN SLAVES

Create art for 5-10 product designs per month

One major purpose of giving importance to gender in the way we have is to delineate roles and shape the social structure. Roles help create cohesion and establish agreements. When in a group, knowing the role you play helps reduce social anxiety and also makes getting things done easier and more efficient. Having a variety of roles to fill makes a community strong and diverse. Roles need not be rigid. You need not pick one role and stick with it. Roles can be contextual – dependent upon time, place, and company. They can also change as we change throughout our lives. We should always be wary of roles that become more prescriptive than practical.
